General Fasteners. This 40,000 sq. ft., 40 year old warehouse structure featured 20 ft. ceilings with heavy timber construction. PMA renovated the facility into Class A open plan offices, with brick and stone exterior cladding. Owner Centron Developments leased out the facility within two months. |
