Designed by PMA, the 491,925 sf Kai Towers in Calgary includes two residential high rise structures set at 28 and 32 storeys.

The towers share a four storey podium that houses main level retail as well as a select number of residential units.

Levels two and five feature green roofs, a component of the developer’s inclusion in the BuiltGreen Residential Tower Pilot program.
