Genco 4 in Calgary, Alberta

Genco 4 in Calgary, Alberta was designed by PMA to respond to the site’s prominent downtown location, with a distinct massing that is dramatically cantilevered toward the street.

The 190,000 sf office building is 16 storeys, with a retail podium and 171 underground parking stalls.

The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2009.
