PMA's Brighton Court Project Wins 2003 Masonry Design Award

April 11, 2003 --- CALGARY. Poon McKenzie Architects' Brighton Court project was chosen as a recipient of a 2003 Alberta Masonry Design Award of Merit in the category of Architectural Masonry Design - Residential.

The Brighton Court project includes 21 townhomes featuring extensive exterior masonry detailing. Designed in a stately colonial style, Brighton Court is located in Calgary's historical community of Garrison Woods.

The Masonry Awards are offered annually by the Masonry Contractors Association of Alberta in conjunction with the Alberta Association of Architects and the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta [APEGGA].

Poon McKenzie Architects' Vintage Park and Vintage on 9th commercial projects were also nominated for Masonry Awards at this year's ceremony.
